We also give you approximately 30 minutes call-ahead confirmation before our arrival. Ace & A offers free estimates on HVAC replacement equipment and also specializes in high-efficiency replacements and upgrades. Ace & A ensures that all service technicians undergo extensive factory training each year making them fully qualified to diagnose problems properly, repair units, and perform new equipment installations. Sam
Owner
Sam West founded Ace & A in 1975 when he was just 25 years old. Growing up in Atlanta, Sam developed a love for heating and air conditioning systems early on. It’s that same love for the industry that pushes Sam to still be hands on in the day to day operations of the company 46 years later.
Sam has raised his family to love the industry as much as he does. Even after four decades of service, treating his clients like family is still the cornerstone of his business.
Rick
GM
Having grown up in Doraville, Rick Coggins is proud to call himself an Atlanta native and loves serving the people of the Atlanta Area. Rick started with Ace & A in 1981 as an install helper. Over time, he transitioned into different roles within the company; moving into service before going into the sales and management department.
For the last nine years, Rick has served as the general manager of the company. His service to the organization and its customers make the future of Ace & A bright.
Sam Jr.
Installation Manager
Having grown up watching his father grow the business, Sam West Jr. started his career with Ace & A directly out of high school. After spending time learning the business and finding the right fit, Sam Jr. earned his own installation team. It was his professionalism and attention to detail that allowed Sam Jr. to move up in the business.
For the last ten years, Sam has led the installation department. It’s been his leadership that has allowed Ace & A to receive several prestigious awards.
Tim
Sales
Though not a native to Atlanta, Tim Wilson grew up in the heating and cooling business in Kentucky. Having graduated from Western Kentucky University as an electrical engineering tech, Tim brought seven years of experience in dry cleaning design engineering to Ace & A with exceptional experience in sheet metal designs, controls, pneumatics, and heat transfer.
Tim started with Ace & A nine years ago. He now uses his extensive background to ensure our customers receive exactly what their homes need.
