We have used Ace & A Heating and Air for years. They installed a unit for us several years ago and the work was far superior to another company that installed our other unit.

This summer they performed maintenance on both of our air conditioners. The individuals are always punctual and extremely professional. The technician took off the cover of our unit and explained the condition of the various parts to us. There was no pressure to buy new parts, but it was clear to us that one needed to be changed. Usually we clean the units, but we had Ace & A do it this time. It was the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever seen! They always make sure the area is clean after they are finished. We are just about to ask them to do our heating maintenance for the year.

We were very pleased with the cleaning of our two air conditioner units and the replacement of one of the parts.  We thought the price on the part was very reasonable and we will continue to use them in the future.

I have nothing but rave reviews for Ace & A. They are probably the best service company that I have encountered yet. And I mean service generically alongside being a talented HVAC business. In the last two years, I have had 13 different HVAC companies come out to fix my HVAC unit, each claiming they were the best and they could get my system fixed and running properly. I eventually even utilized referral businesses like Service Magic in attempts to hire knowledgeable and trustworthy HVAC contractors. However, it seems some where in the fine print, the first 12 companies meant at least until my payment (averaging about $400) went through.

Ace & A on the other hand, not only fixed my HVAC system but FINALLY in the 10 years that I have owned my house AND a dual fuel system, got it operating correctly which is apparent by my saving on energy bills. But it is beyond the fact that Ace & A actually did the job they said they would do. It is because they fixed the shorts in my system that other companies tricked the system to work around temporarily, their professional manner of calmly working with my frustrated state, and their integrity to fix the system properly where the other 12 companies had rewired a hazardous work around. Who ever said 13 was an unlucky number, does not know how lucky I feel to have FINALLY encountered Ace & A Heating & Air Conditioning.

I called Ace & A and they were able to come out the same afternoon to repair our A/C unit. Chad was extremely helpful and identified that our unit was in major need of a cleaning. The visit cost a bit more than we expected, but I am confident that he saved us money in the long run! Two days after the visit, Chad called to follow up on our visit and make sure that everything was working properly.

I had Ace & A out for a tune-up and was told it was time to replace the air conditioner. The salesperson carefully explained all the options and quoted me a fair price–I later called around, and no one’s price was lower. The techs were polite and professional while on the job, and I’m expecting to have lower electric bills this summer. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I am a many-year customer (more than 10 years) and have several properties in DeKalb and Cobb counties. I have always used Ace and A. I have their annual service plan and have had major replacement work done by them. They offer 90 day same as cash financing through a finance company and are easy to do business with. I have never had to recall them out for any problem that was not handled right the first time. The folks at Ace and A are great! Consider giving them a try.

Jermaine was a fine representative of your company. He quickly explained my problem, my options, and the appropriate cost of each and got the show on the road for the replacement of my HVAC unit. We’re pleased to tell you we now have a working A/C system in the upstairs portion of our house. So why am I writing you? Two things: Chad and Kevin – who were most helpful, patient, consultive and above all, professional in handling our problem. Don’t let these two guys get away, they are really good service technicians and good people to have in front of customers!

Recently, I called Ace & A when my furnace went out. I am very pleased with the response and quality of service that I received. The service rep who came out was professional, courteous, and thorough. I also want to mention Rick, who I spoke with on the phone. He was also very professional and committed to resolving our problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Ace & A to anyone in need of HVAC work.

Not only were the two scheduled team members outstanding, but also the installation manager came and stayed the entire day assisting with the installation! He was extremely knowledgable and outstanding. I don’t give this type of recommendation unless it is totally warranted!

Everything went great and everyone I spoke to from the afterhours person, to the original technician, to the installers and the owner’s son, were very polite and professional. It was obvious to me the technicians and installers were all very knowledgeable and highly skilled. They answered all my questions and wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable with why they were replacing my unit. I also felt that they were very responsive to my needs.

Ace & A has been in business for over 30 years. It’s a family run organization, which explains why their level of service was so high. They are all very honest people and they gave me a good price on my unit. They were also able to come out a day earlier than planned. I have used them for semiannual service checkups since 2008 and ten months ago had them replace my upstairs unit. I found the same level of professionalism, skill, and service then that I had this time. In fact, one of the installers also helped install my unit last year and remembered me. I have worked with other Heating and Air Conditioning companies in the past, however Ace & A surpasses anyone else in Atlanta. They are honest people who really do care about their customers.
